Besties for life! Selena Gomez and singer Julia Michaels got matching arrow tattoos on their hands and it’s the sweetest friendship gesture ever. The ladies have been collaborating a lot this year on songs like “Anxiety” and “Lose You to Love Me,” and their love is so real.

“It’s tatted … my arrow points to you forever,” the 27-year-old former Disney kid captioned a Polaroid photo of the two holding hands on her Instagram Story. Small black arrows are now located at the base of Julia, 26, and Selena’s thumbs so when they interlace their fingers, their tats point to their BFF. Too cute!

Julia feels equally close to the “Bad Liar” songstress and gushed over their bond on her Instagram Story. “Always to you, baby. Love you,” she wrote alongside the same Polaroid snapshot referencing their arrows.

Although she experienced heartbreak, Selena made it to the other side and is doing better than ever. “It’s weird because I wrote the song over a year ago — ‘Lose You to Love Me.’ It’s like I feel completely different from when I wrote it, so it’s such an interesting thing,” she explained to Ryan Seacrest during an October 24 interview on his Sirius XM show, On Air With Ryan Seacrest.

Her album has been in the works for a while, but she confessed that she’s glad she waited to release it because different situations in life brought new music. “It’s been four years since I’ve been working on this album,” Selena continued. “It’s actually perfect timing because I was going to release it two years ago. None of the words that I’m speaking would have existed so taking a moment to actually feel the feelings that I’ve gone through is just … I don’t know. I’m just so grateful that it’s out.”
