Ashley Graham’s Aerial Yoga Skills Will Blow Your Mind: ‘My Core Was on Fire!’
Work it, girl! On Thursday, April 4, Ashley Graham took to Instagram to show off her insane (and we mean INSANE) aerial yoga skills. Never heard of aerial yoga? No worries, we’ve got you covered with your new fave workout. Basically, aerial yoga combines your average poses with pilates and dance … all while using a cloth hammock. It sounds intense, but the results are worth it! Come on, just look at Ashley’s killer body.
“This is called the mermaid position, but I definitely don’t feel like Ariel because my core was on FIRE!!!!” the model, 31, captioned her post, along with three fire emojis. We’re going to choose to believe that she meant an ~enjoyable~ burn. After all, we need the motivation to exercise.
Of course, Ashley followers flocked to her page with words of praise and encouragement. “That booty, though!” one user commented. “OMG. You’re perfect … just perfect,” added another. Even Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn chimed in! “Looks fun!! Let’s do this!!” she wrote. You know you look good when Olympians want to train with you, y’all.
Thankfully, Ashley is pretty consistent when it comes to flaunting her enviable figure on the ‘Gram. That said, she’s never one to shy away from having a vulnerable moment with fans. Recently, she shared a #relatable post about not being able to squeeze into her wardrobe during a fitting. Been there a time or 12, right?
“We all have those days, today was mine,” she captioned the snapshots. True that, Ashley! It’s refreshing to see a powerful woman in Hollywood be so open and honest about her struggles with weight, self-love and positive body image. Keep killing the game, girl. You’re an inspiration to us all.
