She certainly is! As it happens, though, Brooke is also incredibly motivational. “Hello summer 2019! Today’s Summer Solstice marks the season’s beginning. Perhaps a new chapter, a new season a new you,” Brooke wrote on Friday, June 21. “The sun reaches its highest position in the sky and the longest period of daylight. Let it mark the time to reach the highest expression of yourself. It’s time to hold yourself to a higher standard, never traveling below your full potential.”

“Since prehistory the summer solstice marks a significant time a year. Many people around the world are celebrating today. Some recognize the fight between light and darkness. I see this as a time to dance, celebrate and romance. Laugh, love deeper, and transistor into a new beautiful space full of more light. Create your own rituals for happiness,” she continued.

“Wake up and watch the sunrise, bask in the energy of the sunset. Today’s 5 a.m. sunrise and 9 p.m. sunset marks the longest day of the year. Why not ring out the daylight and devote a bit more time nurturing your spirit,” Brooke expressed at the time. “The sun’s path appears to stand still for a moment today … hit the pause button for your own insightful moment. In stillness you may discover the sun shining beautiful light into spaces needing reflection. Happy Summer! It’s yours to create,” she concluded.
Thank you for the amazing advice, Brooke. We hope to carry it with us for the next few months … and beyond!
