Damn, girl! Chanel West Coast was bringing the heat on set of the music video for her newest song “Anchors.” The starlet has fans so pumped for her latest track and has even been performing her jams around the country. She definitely put in work for the video because the Fantasy Factory star dished that it was 107 degrees while they filmed. Keep in mind, she was in full hair, makeup and a form-fitting dress. Sounds comfy, right?

The 30-year-old looked like a true pop star as she served up lewks for the fun day of shooting. She had her chestnut brown hair styled in big curls as she rocked out to her summer jam on camera. Although Chanel and the crew must have been roasting while filming, the video looks like it’s going to be super dreamy because the desert backdrop was absolutely gorgeous.

“Having a good photographer is everything because some people just don’t have that eye,” Chanel explained to Hollywood Life in July. One of her tips on finding the right shutterbug includes choosing a person who understands what you like. “Some people don’t get it, especially guys. They love to take pictures from below and it’s like, no. No girl wants that bottom chin thing going on. You know what I mean? So, that’s why it’s also good to have female photographers because they get it. They know the right angles and that kind of helps. Female photographers – I’m not trying to diss male photographers – but female photographers, I think they really can get those angles because they just know.”

Women supporting women — whether on Instagram or in real-life — is always something we can get behind. Keep slaying, Chanel!
