It’s no secret that Farrah works extremely hard to maintain her impressive body and is a self-proclaimed fitness junkie. “Boxing is always great, I am not going to lie, but I have been mixing [it] up,” she exclusively told Life & Style in April about her routine.

“I have been doing Pilates. I have been doing just stretching — just pure stretching classes — nothing else,” she surprisingly divulged about how she keeps it interesting.

It’s Gonna Be a No From Us

The brunette beauty confessed that she levels up by hitting the gym more than once a day. “There have been a lot of good new workouts. So, I am kind of like doing two-a-days, but [with] a different workout regimen,” she said.

No Breaks

Her trick? The starlet doesn’t just up the intensity before summer. “I always go HAM. It’s summer all year long for me,” she noted.

It’s no wonder why Farrah loves to show some skin — she’s working for it 365 days a year.

She doesn’t just look good, she feels good, too. The Ex on the Beach star gushed, “I love my body. Like, I am the healthiest I have ever been … I am the happiest.”

Incorporating new workouts into her regime proved to make a difference. Farrah said, “I am not so fit like I was last year. I am more feminine now. So, I have been enjoying it, I really have been.”

How does she stay so positive? She has one small daily practice that puts her in a good headspace. “I think our daily affirmations they really work … Keep telling yourself good things!” she advised.

Farrah continued, “Keep going higher and push yourself … Today is the day to keep it moving and we have a lot of positive stuff in 2019.”

Besides keeping herself moving forward, she also has to focus on raising her daughter.

Farrah is known for keeping things very real with fans, including the struggles that come with parenthood. “There’s, like, this whole thing where you feel like you’ve shared all that you can share and you feel like you’ve helped all that you can help like with your kids,” she divulged on her YouTube vlog on March 19. “I feel like I’m an amazing mom but here’s the thing.”

It turns out, she was feeling a bit underappreciated. “I had kind of a breakdown today, literally like lost it, because Sophia, like, totally forgot that I went to college. She totally forgot, like, what I have my degrees in,” Farrah confessed.

Whoops

The starlet was feeling annoyed by her daughter’s lack of awareness. “Sophia totally forgot she’s Italian, totally forgot she travels the world, totally forgot that her mom has a degree in what the focus is, I’m not gonna say, it doesn’t really matter, I guess. Nothing matters! We just all exist,” she continued.

“But I had, like, a vibe with Soph and I was like, ‘Just so you know,'” she said while noting that she explained her journey from Teen Mom to the present. “I’m, like, I never tell Sophia like, you hurt my feelings, you really have no idea how hard I’ve worked, but today, when she totally forgot, like, all this stuff that I strived through.”

Mom Goals

In the end, Farrah just wanted to give her daughter a little perspective. “You probably should be grateful for every little experience, grateful for your heritage, grateful for your background, grateful for your grandma, grateful for your mom,” she said while adding, “I just don’t want Sophia being entitled, thinking she should just have stuff given.”
