Farrah Abraham Sizzles in a Nude Bikini as She Hits the Pool During the Heat Wave

Believe it or not, the 28-year-old does a lot to maintain her incredible bod — even in the heat of summer. On July 16, she was spotted out for a run. Talk about dedication!

“I always go HAM. It’s summer all year long for me,” Farrah told Life & Style of her fitness regime. So, what exactly does the Ex on the Beach alum do to keep fit?

“Boxing is always great, I am not going to lie, but I have been mixing [it] up,” the brunette beauty explained about her current exercise faves. “I have been doing Pilates. I have been doing just stretching — just pure stretching classes — nothing else.”

Interesting — but there’s gotta be more to it, no? “There have been a lot of good new workouts. So, I am kind of like doing two-a-days, but [with] a different workout regimen,” she continued.

Clearly, it’s working for her because the mama of one is really feeling good in her skin. “I love my body. Like, I am the healthiest I have ever been,” she gushed. “I am the happiest.”

Tons of fans have noticed Farrah’s huge confidence booster and have been vocal on her Instagram about how proud they are — and supportive in the face of negativity.

“You look amazing! I just can’t believe how mean some of the comments are,” one fan wrote on a recent bikini pic on Instagram.  Who are these individuals that lash out in this way? It seems their biggest issue is looking back at them in the mirror.”

Honestly, well said. The phrase “when you got it, flaunt it” was created for a reason, y’all — and the reason was Farrah. Keep it up, hot mama!
