WTF? Kylie Jenner Legit Looked Miserable Watching Travis Scott Perform at the VMAs
What the heck? Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott attended the MTV Video Music Awards last night and it didn’t look like they enjoyed themselves… at all. The couple — who welcomed baby Stormi Webster in February — had a parents’ night out, and Kylie, in particular, was just not having it.
Her main man performed a medley from his new album “Astroworld,” and now fans are roasting her for barely bopping along to the music. “Kylie Jenner looking like she just got done slinging some real estate for Berkshire Hathaway before making her way over to the theater to watch her man perform,” one person hilariously wrote on Twitter. Another added, “I feel like Kylie don’t [sic] even know the words to Travis’ songs lmao #VMAs,” and a third chimed in, “Kylie that’s your baby daddy, I’mma need you to get a lil bit more hype #VMAs.” LOL.

It wasn’t just his performance that was a total bummer, though, apparently. Jennifer Lopez took the stage and nearly brought down the house while the two looked like they were attending a funeral. JLo was honored with the annual Video Vanguard Award, but before she accepted it, she performed a medley of basically every banger you can think of. “Get Right,” “Jenny From The Block,” “Get On The Floor,” “Ain’t Yo Momma,” “Love Don’t Cost A Thing,” literally all the jams. She even brought out Ja Rule, DJ Khaled, and more stars to perform with her.
Yet when the cameras panned to the audience, they caught Kylie and Travis just chillin, not even looking at the stage. Meanwhile, everyone around them was up out of their chairs and dancing the night away, because obviously. Needless to say, people were pissed.
“Kylie get your sorry ass up to pay respects to the queen JLO #VMAs,” someone tweeted. A second agreed, writing, “Did @KylieJenner just look bored watching @JLo at #VMAs? Um honey please,” while a third said, “If @KylieJenner doesn’t get her billion dollar ass up from that chair -_- #VMAs.”
We get Kylie and Travis are probably tired, after all, they do have a newborn. But come on. It’s freaking JLo!
