Blondes Have More Fun! Sofia Richie Debuts Her New Lighter ‘Do on Instagram and Duh, It Looks Amazing
Blonde bombshell alert! Sofia Richie took to her Instagram Story on Tuesday, July 30, to debut her new lighter ‘do and y’all … it looks uh-mazing. Of course, being the sweetheart that she is, the 20-year-old model gave her hairstylist a well-deserved shout-out. “I’ve been coming to [George Michael Beverly Hills] since I was a kid,” she began. “The best at nurturing and keeping that hair healthy.”
Ummm, yeah, you can say that again! We’ve never seen Sofia’s hair look so shiny and voluminous. In addition to Sofia’s post, her stylist took to his Instagram to give some more details on her fresh look. “Yay! She’s back growing her hair long again,” George wrote. Shut the front door! After seeing Sofia rock booty-length extensions during her epic girls’ vacation with Kylie Jenner and Co., we are beyond pumped for her hair to grow out naturally.
As it happens, we aren’t the only ones who love Sofia with some long locks. “Can you please keep this long hair permanently?! It looks so good on you,” one user wrote at the time. “That hair is everything!” added another. A third person chimed in with, “Thought I just saw a mermaid!!” while a fourth echoed, “Long hair forever!”
Of course, because the internet is full of trolls, a handful of people suggested that Sofia is “trying to be a Kardashian.” No … we’re not kidding. Newsflash: The famous family didn’t invent the idea of hair extensions and or having long hair. Yes, they’re known for switching up their hairstyles quite a bit, but that doesn’t mean that Sofia is a copycat! Let her live, please and thank you.
