Bad and Beige-y! Gigi and Bella Hadid Wear Matching Nude Ensembles to the 2019 MTV VMAs
Slayin’! Gigi and Bella Hadid may not be up for any awards at the 2019 Video Music Awards, but when it comes to their outfits, the sisters are totally winning. Gigi, 24, wore a stunning nude corset top with shiny beige pants while Bella, 22, rocked a matching pastel skirt and top set with a subtle yellow print. Though Bella’s hair was pulled back in a sleek ponytail, Gigi’s locks hung loosely around her shoulders. While their looks couldn’t be more different, the color palettes were totally complimentary — and they’re still equally beautiful.
“I swear Gigi and Bella are the prettiest sisters in the world,” one fan wrote on Twitter after seeing the models’ outfits. “Gigi and Bella look so good,” added another. “The BEST two sisters out there,” commented a third. “Gigi and Bella Hadid slaying the red carpet of the #VMAs.”
Their outfits aren’t the only things different about Gigi and Bella. For starters, their relationship status has changed since the last time they both attended an awards show. Bella is no longer with The Weeknd. In Early August, news broke that the two split after reuniting in spring 2018. According to a source who exclusively spoke to Life & Style, their long-distance relationship was becoming an issue. Aside from that, there were also doubts regarding each other’s faithfulness. “[They] split due to trust issues and living so far apart,” the insider revealed.
Apparently, the former couple “are in different places right now, physically and mentally … Bella is prepping for her fashion week commitments and Abel is working on his music and his upcoming acting debut,” according to E! News. “They have been arguing a lot recently. [They] haven’t spent quality time together in months.”
On the other hand, Gigi also isn’t with ex Zayn Malik. The two were together on and off for over three years. This year alone, they had their share of breakups and reconciliations. By the looks of it, though, the blonde beauty has moved on with former Bachelorette contestant Tyler Cameron. Though she attended the MTV event with her sister, she’s expected to take the reality star as her date to an afterparty once the show is done.
The pair were photographed together in NYC earlier this month. “Gigi and Tyler are in Dumbo right now,” another source told Life & Style on August 4. “I saw them at reception going up to Soho House. They were laughing and it seems like they were having a good time.” The insider added, “It’s Gigi Hadid. Of course, Tyler was into it.”
