New BFFs?Kim Kardashian Wants To Send Meghan Markle A ‘Truly Impressive’ Baby Gift, Source Says
Are you a fan of both KUWTK and the royal family? Because if so, today is your lucky day! According to Heat magazine, Kim Kardashian is on a mission to make Meghan Markle her new bestie and she’s using the Duchess’ pregnancy to do it.
“Meghan’s baby isn’t even born yet, but Kim is already brainstorming an OTT present, which she hopes will seal her long-held ambition to make Meg a friend,” an insider revealed to the publication. Can you imagine? British royalty and American royalty reuniting as one… it would be a dream come true, y’all.
Question is, with Meghan and her hubby, Prince Harry, slated to receive hundreds (if not thousands) of baby gifts, how is Keeks really going wow the mama-to-be? Well, according to the insider, the mother-of-three has said: “Money is no object.” Yep, that sounds like Kim Kardashian, alright.
“The arrival of the royal baby will be a perfect time for her to remind Meghan and Harry that she and Kanye are thoughtful people, and she’s looking to stand out from all the other celebrities with something truly impressive,” the insider continued. “She’s been getting her people to research everything from diamond baby jewelry to crystal nursery decor.”
As it happens, the makeup mogul has been vying for a spot in Meghan’s circle for quite some time now. In fact, the insider claimed that she and Kanye were desperate to attend the royal wedding in May. Though, they failed, Kim is still holding out hope.
“Kim is convinced she and Meghan will be best friends one day. It’s very much a long-term project and she’s chipping away to impress her when the opportunities arise,” the insider continued. Hmmm, it definitely sounds like some of Kris Jenner’s evil-genius has rubbed off on her most famous daughter.
