A Fit Fashionista! Kourtney Kardashian Flaunts Her Toned Tummy in a Dolce & Gabbana Crop Top
Another day, another celebrity selfie that makes us feel *really* guilty about regularly ditching the gym. Who’s the culprit this time, you ask? None other than Kourtney Kardashian and her chiseled abs. The KUWTK star, 40, took to Instagram on Tuesday, August 6, to share a stunning mirror snapshot and of course, it was the perfect combination of fitness and style inspiration.
Let’s talk fashion first, shall we? Considering Kourtney is traveling with her family in Italy, it’s no surprise that she decided to pair a Dolce & Gabbana printed bra top — which retails for almost $600.00, BTW — with what appears to be a pair of distressed Levi jeans and Bottega Veneta sandals.
OK, so technically that’s only two Italian designers, but we appreciate the effort nonetheless. Alright, moving on to Kourt’s figure. Seriously, the Poosh.com founder looks unreal. We suspect it has something to do with being back on her go-to keto diet. After all, carbs are nobody’s friend. “My body never looked better than when I did the keto diet two and a half years ago, when I did it for two months,” Kourtney wrote on her lifestyle blog.
“In my experience, I’ve found the best method to train my body to curb sugar cravings, burn fat and kick-start weight loss is by sticking to a keto diet,” she continued. “My plan this time is to eat minimal carbs and no grains, beans or legumes. I’m focusing my meals on fresh vegetables and lean proteins. I eat three meals a day with no snacking in between if possible.”
As much as we admire Kourtney’s will power and dedication, she better be indulging in all of the delicious pasta Italy has to offer! Girl, you can resume being the queen of keto when you return. Got it? Good.
