The numbers prove it! People can’t get enough of Kylie Jenner — more than Meghan Markle, at least when it comes to fashion. According to Lyst, a fashion search engine that ranks a number of trends, celebrities, and data, Kylie, 21, is the number one celebrity fashion influencer of 2018.

Lyst listed this year’s top 10 style icons and after Kylie, came older sister Kim Kardashian, 38, in second place, while Meghan, 37, came in third. To record this data, Lyst reported that they “monitored the spikes in demand and social media mentions generated by 50 global superstars during the course of 2018, by looking at search and sales response to some of their most talked about outfits.”

“Kylie has driven more than two million searches this year, from Adidas tracksuits and Dior sunglasses to Victoria’s Secret underwear and Alexander Wang minidresses. A pink minidress that she wore to her birthday party saw searches for ‘pink dresses’ increase 107% in the following 48 hours,” Lyst stated on their site.

Despite Meghan coming in after Kylie, her fashion choices still held lots of traffic this year. “Her wedding day outfits caused huge spikes in search for both Givenchy and Stella McCartney, while her daytime looks have also inspired millions of shoppers to try a ‘boat neck’ or ‘tuxedo dress.’ On average, if Meghan wears a designer, that brand will see a +200% increase in search demand over the following week,” read their report on the Duchess.

Kylie’s outfits may be more in demand, but by the looks of it, Meghan seems to inspire fashion fans to step out of the norm more with her sophisticated pieces. Other leading ladies in the top 10 list include Cardi B, Beyoncé, Serena Williams, Chiara Ferragni, Blake Lively, Rihanna, and Ariana Grande, in order from fourth to 10th place, which means Americans are slaying the fashion game!
