We love a royal who isn’t afraid to be a little goofy sometimes. During an outing with his very pregnant wife, Prince Harry showed off his sense of humor after people were congratulating the couple on their bundle of joy. His jokes were cute and he got big laughs from Meghan Markle. Happy wife, happy life, right?
During a recent visit to the EFA Morocco Boarding House, a woman in the room gushed, “I wish to say congratulations for your pregnancy.” As the newly-minted royal, 37, was giving a warm thank you to the schoolteacher, the Prince, 34, jumped in and said, “What? You’re pregnant?”
Luckily, the duchess had a good sense of humor about it and started cracking up. She quipped, “Surprise!” while pointing to her very obvious bump. “Is it mine?” a hopeful Harry jokingly questioned. Overall, it looked like a relaxed and fun outing for the couple.
The parents-to-be have been busy in Morocco touring the grounds of local schools, watching a soccer game, and participating in the local art of henna. The former actress has been absolutely glowing since returning from her baby shower celebration in New York City.
Gayle King raved about the party on CBS This Morning and mentioned that each guest participated in a very unique activity. The Suits star “brought in somebody to explain how to arrange flowers” and everyone got to create their own beautiful bouquet for charity.
“I’ve never seen anything like this at a baby shower,” the 64-year-old news anchor said on February 21. “I mean, it just speaks to who [Meghan] is. She’s very kind, she’s very generous. [She’s] a really, really sweet person … it was a very, very small private affair and just a very special time for her.”
The partygoer also revealed that the bouquets were given to an organization called Repeat Roses that donate them to nursing homes, hospitals and other organizations in the local area.
