Hours after Life & Style revealed how Khloé Kardashian got her best body ever, the reality star is busy maintaining her incredible 25 pound weight loss.
Taking to Twitter, the 28-year-old has been very vocal about her workout regimen and thanking her fans for all the fitness support.

“Pilates! Pilates! Pilates!!!!!!” she shared, before adding, “I have been doing the squat challenge!”
So what is that exactly? According to Khloé's photo, which outlines the routine, she starts off by doing 50 squats in one workout. From there, it increases over the course of 30 days — ending at 250 squats.
“I’m loving the fitness motivation from everyone!” Khloé tweeted later that day, April 3. “Thank you for pushing me to stay motivated!”

“Everything in moderation,” she tells Life & Style. “Right now, I try to go on hikes or something. I work out at least four to five days a week.”
And her trainer, Gunnar Peterson, is incredibly happy with the results. “Khloé looks her best to date,” he raves to Life & Style, “and I’m sure she’ll be even better as times goes on.”
And it’s showing off — Khloé looks nothing short of F-A-B.
