Comfort is key! Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo snuck away for some alone time before the arrival of their baby girl and the mom-to-be looked super stylish in heeled booties, a sleeveless pink blouse, and pants. “Thanks to the generosity of dear friends,” Jeremy wrote on Instagram. “[Jinger] and I enjoyed some time away to relax before our little girl arrives!” Watch the video above to see Jinger’s outfit!
While it’s unclear where the lovebirds went on their little babymoon, fans couldn’t help but notice how beautiful Jinger looked. “My heavens you look absolutely beautiful. Pregnancy is something good on you [and] that guy on your arm doesn’t hurt either. LOL,” one person wrote. Another said, “Jinger looks so radiant! Love her outfit. She looks cute and comfortable.”
Fans of the Duggars know that wearing pants is an absolute no-no when it comes to the family patriarch’s, Jim Bob Duggar, strict dress code. However, this is far from the first time Jinger has broken his rules — she has worn pants, rocked heels, sneakers, and even a mini skirt! But Jinger hasn’t always been so rebellious when it comes to her clothes.
The 24-year-old opened up about why she and her sisters dress so modestly in the 2014 book Growing Up Duggar that she wrote with Jessa Duggar, Jana Duggar, and Jill Duggar. “We do not dress modestly because we are ashamed of the body God has given us; quite the contrary,” Jinger said. “We realize that our body is a special gift from God and that He intends for it to be shared only with our future husband. We avoid low-cut, cleavage-showing, gaping, or bare-shouldered tops; and when needed, we were an undershirt.”
She continued, “We try to make it a habit to always cover the top of our shirt with our hand when we bend over. We don’t want to play the peek-a-boo game with our neckline.” Now that Jinger is married and expecting a baby, it seems like she may have changed her more conservative views a bit.
