Matchmaker Meghan? The Duchess Of Sussex Is Reportedly Helping Princess Beatrice Find Love
Always a bridesmaid, never a bride? Princess Beatrice has had to attend a lot of family events this year — from her younger sister’s wedding to Meghan Markle’s wedding and pregnancy, she has seen it all. It’s hard enough when you’re single, but then she had to see her ex, Dave Clark, also get married. Woof!
However, it sounds like love could be in the air soon enough! According to sources, The Duchess of Sussex is trying to find a man for Beatrice just in time for Christmas.
An insider tells Heat magazine, “Bea always thought she’d be married with a couple of kids by now, but she’s not even dating anyone. She’s dreading Christmas at Sandringham, with everyone asking her about her love life.” Aw, poor Bea!
Meghan is reportedly pulling out all of the stops though! The insider continued, “Meghan is very aware that Beatrice is feeling lonely, and she knows that she has a penchant for American guys, so she’s made it her mission to help Beatrice get the man of her dreams. She’s reached out to her Suits co-stars, as well as her friend Serena Williams, to line up some dates. Bea’s hoping to do a bit of speed dating while she’s out in California in a few weeks’ time.”
While Beatrice has been struggling in the love department, Meghan has been beaming since she learned she is pregnant with her first child. She told Lifestyle magazine in 2016, “I dreamt [of becoming] a successful working actress, which I can now very thankfully tick off the list. And I also dream to have a family. It’s all about balance, and I have so much happiness in my career and am fortunate to travel the world and see so many amazing things—it will also be nice to be anchored to something grounded and in the same place. Raising a family will be a wonderful part of that.”
We’re so glad Meghan found her happy ending, and hopefully Beatrice’s Prince Charming is right around the corner!
