Despite the fact that Scott Disick and Sofia Richie have been together for over two years, the 36-year-old still goes out of his way to make his lady feel special. That includes showering her with gifts and surprises.

“Scott’s an old romantic at heart — he still surprises Sofia with flowers, love notes, gifts and mini-breaks abroad, just the two of them,” a source exclusively told Life & Style. The two are so head over heels about each other that it wouldn’t be shocking to their loved ones if they got engaged. “Like most couples, they have their ups and downs, but those close to them wouldn’t be surprised if Scott pops the question next year,” another insider revealed to Life & Style. “He’s been saying Sofia’s ‘The One’ for a while now.”

Ever since the couple got together, the Flip It Like Disick star has changed his life around for the better. He’s left his old partying ways behind, which has made him more responsible. For the blonde beauty’s 21st birthday party in August, Scott remained sober and focused all his attention on his girlfriend.

“Sofia and Scott’s chemistry was great but you could tell he was not there for any other reason other than her,” another source exclusively divulged to Life & Style at the time. “The two spoke often but Scott maintained his distance on another banquette while Sofia did shots and partied.”

Besides being a good boyfriend, Scott is also a great father to Mason, Penelope and Reign — whom he shares with ex Kourtney Kardashian. The former flames have established a healthy coparenting relationship since their split in 2015. That doesn’t mean they haven’t had their fair share of ups and downs, though. “It was really, really, really difficult at first,” the reality star said during an episode of Flip It Like Disick. “I did not know how to be a dad and how to take care of kids and how to be there for them. I feel pretty confident that I’m able to now and it’s great.”

Kourt fully agreed with him. “You’ve definitely come a long way,” she told him. “I’m very proud of you.” You go, Scott!
