Uh, It Looks Like ‘Riverdale’ Star Charles Melton Got Girlfriend Camila Mendes’ Name Tattooed on Him
New ink? Riverdale co-stars Camila Mendes and Charles Melton make such an adorable couple, and it seems like they’re getting more serious every month. That’s why when the actress captured a photo that looked like her beau got a chest tattoo of her name, fans were freaking out.
The 24-year-old posted a picture of the Hollywood hunk on her Instagram Story that had his chest exposed with “Cami” stamped across it. At first, it’s kind of shocking to think that the 28-year-old permanently inked his skin after dating for just six months. Then our minds wander to Khloé Kardashian, Ariana Grande and other celebrities who got tattooed for love, and it doesn’t seem that surprising.
Considering the area doesn’t look red like a fresh tat would, it’s safe to say that it’s most likely fake. The gorgeous pair seemed to be celebrating Valentine’s Day at a party hosted by Bad Boys for Life, an upcoming film that Charles is in with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. The actor is covered in fake tattoos for his role so he was probably just having a little fun showing some love to his girlfriend.
Before things took a romantic turn, the castmates were attached at the hip since bonding during season 1. “At the end of the day, we all became so close because we were going through the exact same thing,” the brunette beauty said during an interview on Busy Tonight.
As the CW show rolls into its fourth season, she admitted that she’s still trying to get the hang of her newly found fame. She admitted, “I’m not naturally a private person so I try to bring that side of me out in public, too. I’m still learning boundaries with myself.”
