Royals, they’re just like us. Not really, but it turns out Prince William has little annoying habits that get under the skin of his wife, Kate Middleton. She’s definitely not afraid to tease him about it, either. So, what are Prince William’s quirks? Falling asleep with the TV on? Forgetting to unload the dishwasher? Not texting Kate when they’re out of milk? Nope, this royal can’t stop eating pizza on the couch.

During a visit to a military base on Dec. 5, Kate and William were admiring a new recreation center filled with new, bright yellow couches. Upon seeing the swanky seating, William said, in front of the troops and reporters, “Keep the pizza off the sofas!” Kate quickly chimed in and said, “You’re a nightmare with that!” In William’s defense, the couch really is a prime pizza eating spot so we don’t blame him. Although, it’s hard to imagine the soon-to-be king lounging in sweats with pepperoni falling in his lap.

Gentle teasing aside, the event was all about the troops. William and Kate went around and met many service men and women and their families. “We know this isn’t easy for you or your wives, husbands, children, and friends back in the U.K. but on behalf of everyone at home, we’d like to say a big thank you,” William said in a speech to the crowd. “Thank you for your commitments and thank you for your sacrifices. We’re in your debt.”

The holidays are in full swing among the royal family. The entire clan, including Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, are expected to spend Christmas at Sandringham with the queen. With rumors swirling about tension in Kate and Meghan’s relationship, a source told Life & Style, “The queen is petrified that Christmas will be ruined by the girls unless they sort out their differences.” The source continued, “The queen is at her wit’s end over Kate and Meghan falling out. She’s 92 years old and has seen enough drama to last her a lifetime, and can’t believe how petty they’re being.” Yikes.

Hopefully, the family is able to sort things out in the next few weeks. Uh, Happy Holidays?
