In 2006, Tara opened up about her botched breast augmentation and liposuction on her stomach.

“I originally did it because I had one breast bigger than the other,” she told Billy Bush on 'Access Hollywood.' “But I also gained and lost weight so they were getting saggy and in Hollywood you have to look great.”

Unfortunately, the 'American Pie' alum picked the wrong doctor to do the job, but has since had reconstructive surgery.

As for her super big pout, Ang admitted she had five collagen vials injected at once! “I came home and I looked like Daffy Duck,” she said.

While on her docuseries, 'True Tori,' last year, Tori — who's admitted to getting a nose job in the past — visited her plastic surgeon to discuss her 15-year-old C-cup breast implants.

The doctor admitted it couldn't hurt to go under the knife again. "Your scar tissue is like, 'I don't want this thing, I want to squeeze this thing out,'" he told her of the implants. "I wouldn't be surprised if you had a little micro-rupture."
