Monica Garcia faced many changes after joining the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast during season 4, including a drastic weight loss transformation. The reality star debuted her slim figure at BravoCon in November 2023 and fans quickly accused her of being on Ozempic.
“If you hadn’t noticed my entire life has completely changed very, very quickly, like, in the course of, like, 7 or 8 months,” she said via Instagram Stories in December 2023. “And I’m navigating it all for the very first time in my life. I’ve never been so stressed out. Throw a divorce in there as well, and stress, anxiety, depression, divorce could give you all the same results as Ozempic.”
