Samantha Markle Drags Meghan And Harry’s ‘Rude’ Christmas Card On Twitter
‘Tis the season to… drag your family on Twitter? Oh, wait, that’s all year round for Meghan Markle’s estranged half-sister, Samantha Markle. Her latest target of unaffection? Meghan and Prince Harry’s very first royal Christmas card.
On Friday, Dec. 14, Kensington Palace shared a never-before-seen photograph of the Duke and Duchess from their wedding reception at Frogmore House on May 19. While most people found the snapshot to be a stunning choice for the pair’s Christmas card, Samantha had a couple of harsh criticisms.
“Interesting that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have their backs turned,” the 53-year-old wrote. “Is this towards the world or just the Ragland and Markle family? It’s a bit sad. Face the Christmas spirit.” Seriously, girl? That’s a bit of stretch… even for you.
Samantha continued: “it’s incredibly rude to turn your back in a Christmas photo that is meant to share warmth and good wishes with the world. Those that criticize me for pointing out the truth, need to get that brown stuff off their noses. I hear the world’s smallest violin playing.”
In her third and final tweet, Samantha wrote: “if you want to be private you don’t do it on a Christmas card but the world sees. That’s like saying Merry Christmas look at my butt.” Thankfully, fans of Meghan and Harry rushed to Twitter in their defense.
“I have a sister just like Samantha Markle… and she is trash. If Thomas Markle is a loving parent why is he not asking his evil daughter to put a sock in it so he can have a relationship with Meghan?” one user commented. “She’s obviously jealous of Meghan,” added another.
Hmmm, sounds like *once again* Samantha is on the losing end of this battle. Here’s hoping Meghan and Harry have a beautiful first Christmas together as husband and wife. Oh, and we’ll definitely be putting their card on the refrigerator. No shame.
