The actress will most likely be trading in this casual look for something more elegant at the festival’s red carpet. Since Selena skipped the Met Gala, we’re eager to see what she’ll wear to this ball-gown worthy event.

The Disney alum will be in attendance in honor of her latest film, The Dead Don’t Die, which is opening the festival. The movie is expected to hit theaters on June 14, so fans won’t have to wait super long to see the brunette beauty on the big screen.

It looks like Selena is in good spirits as of late. The “Come and Get It” crooner has been seen out with friends a numerous amount of times. She recently also made a comeback to music — months after spent time at a rehabilitation facility in late 2018. Ever since then, she’s opened up about her journey in hopes of helping others. “I get really insecure sometimes, I go through weird ups and downs, but in general I just want people to wear what they feel comfortable in,” she said during an interview with Elle. “I want to encourage women. I really would love to use my platform for good, and along the way have so much fun with movies and the music.”

Her latest single to drop is “I Can’t Get Enough” alongside Benny Blanco, J Balvin and Tainy. During an Instagram live in March, the singer revealed a new album is on the way. She’s back y’all, and we couldn’t be more for it!
