Anna Faris Is Apparently ‘Relieved’ Chris Pratt Is Dating Katherine Schwarzenegger (EXCLUSIVE)
Creepin’ it real? While most newly divorced duos would definitely flinch at the thought of going on a double date, Chris Pratt and Anna Faris were all smiles when they took their 6-year-old son, Jack, trick-or-treating in LA with their significant others, Katherine Schwarzenegger and Michael Barrett, on Halloween. In fact, at one point, the Hollywood hunk’s ex-wife, 41, was spotted sharing a laugh with his new girlfriend, 28 — and it wasn’t just for show.
“Chris and Anna share custody of Jack, so like any protective mom, Anna was slightly wary about introducing their son to someone new. But once she got to know Katherine that all changed,” a source tells Life & Style magazine. “Anna’s incredibly impressed with how amazing Katherine is with Jack and is relieved that Chris is in a relationship with a kind, loving woman.” Wow, talk about a seriously evolved dynamic, huh?
The Guardians of the Galaxy stud, 39, announced he was ending his eight-year marriage to the actress in August 2017 — and although she’s since moved on with Overboard cinematographer Michael, 48, Anna was also quick to note that she and Chris still “have a great friendship.” Now that close bond extends to Katherine, too!
“Anna and Katherine chat on the phone all the time. They’ve even been known to make jokes about Chris’ bad habits!” the source shares with a laugh. “Chris is thrilled that there’s no drama. It’s like one big happy family.”
At the end of the day, as much as we were rooting for Anna and Chris, it’s so amazing to see these co-parents making things work for their sake of their little man!
