Breakups can be complicated — even more so when there’s a child involved, but Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan are doing their best. However, the former couple is having some minor disagreements with how they coparent their 6-year-old daughter, Everly Tatum.

“Jenna is not opposed to sharing Everly equally,” a source exclusively told Life & Style magazine. “She just doesn’t appreciate Channing making any last-minute changes to their schedule because she’s pregnant and getting bigger every day.” The Step Up stars announced their split in April 2018, and in their statement, they said they would continue to prioritize their child. Obviously, they stayed true to their word, but now that they lead such different lives, it has become a struggle to “stay on the same page,” the insider revealed.

“Jenna thinks Channing is changing up plans just to annoy her,” the source added. “She complained that he could have just called or texted, but he went through the courts instead, which of course created unnecessary drama.”

Besides being focused on Everly, Jenna, 39, has been keeping herself busy preparing for baby No. 2, who is also her first child with boyfriend Steve Kazee. Jenna and Steve, 44, are in love and in a great place. Similarly, Channing, also 39, is doing well considering he’s happy with his pop star girlfriend, Jesse J. However, he’s “concerned that Jenna is going to want family bonding time with Everly after she has her baby, and he’ll be left on the outside looking in,” the source divulged.

Most recently, Jenna officially declared herself as “legally single” a year after she and Channing filed for divorce. The brunette beauty and the actor have yet to settle their child custody agreement, though. We’re sure they’ll figure it out since “that’s pretty much their only objective,” a previous insider divulged to Life & Style. “They understand better than anyone that and that they’ll always have Everly in common.” So true!
