Brody Jenner’s Supermodel GF Josie Canseco Reveals How She Stays Super Fit: ‘I’m All About Cardio’
Staying fit is no walk in the park, but supermodel Josie Canseco is dedicated. The blonde beauty, who is currently dating The Hills‘ Brody Jenner, revealed how she manages to stay in shape.
“I love cycling, I do it all the time. It’s a good cardio mix. I’m all about cardio and high-intensity music,” the 22-year-old told Us Weekly in September. Josie loves cycling so much that she made it her main form of exercise, in addition to “boxing training one-on-one,” when prepping for the 2018 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. “I was doing cycling maybe like two or three times a week,” she confessed. However, she’s all about mixing it up. “Rumble classes, boxing, running, cycling, I love personally,” she added.
Once you put the work in, staying motivated may be the next biggest challenge. To stay focused, Josie uses music. “Music is really like my therapy. So anything that’s pretty much music-involved gets your head in the game,” she admitted. And what makes for the perfect playlist? “OMG, I listen to literally everything.”
But she seems to rely on hip hop to give her the most inspiration. “So if I’m working out it’s a mix of, like … Eminem is definitely my pump-up song. He’s the best, he’s one of my favorite rappers ever,” Josie said. “And 50 Cent — like, definitely more hardcore things that get me into that kind of, like, ego-driven mind space, you know what I mean? Like, ‘Go hard, I can do this, I’m the best, I can do this,’ blah blah blah.”
When she’s not focused on her career or working out, you can find Josie hanging with her beau, Brody, whom she became romantically linked to in August — a month after news broke that the reality star and Kaitlynn Carter called it quits.
“If you didn’t know better, you’d think Brody and Josie were dating for some time now,” an insider told In Touch at the time. “Their chemistry is off the charts. She’s a lot younger than him, she’s super sexy, and he’s really good looking. They can’t keep their hands off of each other. They’re clearly a good match.”
