After years of battling psoriasis, Kim Kardashian is asking her fans for help. On Sunday, Dec. 23, the reality star took to Twitter to seek tips for the skin condition because according to her, it’s worse than ever.

“I think the time has come I start a medication for psoriasis. I’ve never seen it like this before and I can’t even cover it at this point. It’s taken over my body,” she tweeted. “Has anyone tried a medication for psoriasis & what kind works best? Need help ASAP!!!”

According to Mayo Clinic, “Psoriasis is a common skin condition that speeds up the life cycle of skin cells. It causes cells to build up rapidly on the surface of the skin. The extra skin cells form scales and red patches that are itchy and sometimes painful.”

The 38-year-old first got diagnosed with psoriasis back in 2011 and we saw the whole thing unfold on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. At the time, Kim visited a dermatologist because of a rash that began showing on her legs. She was surprised when the doctor revealed what it was. “When the doctor tells me I have psoriasis, I have heard of it before because my mom has always had it but my mom didn’t have like red, flaky dots all over her,” she said.

From there, Kim was hit with the news that psoriasis is not curable, but it is controllable. Like anyone in her position, the beauty mogul started freaking out because her job basically requires her to look presentable at all times.

“My career is doing ad campaigns and swimsuit photo shoots. People don’t understand the pressure on me to look perfect. When I gain a pound, it’s in the headlines. Imagine what the tabloids would do to me if they saw all these spots,” she revealed on her show.

Well, it’s been seven years and somehow she’s made it work. Hopefully she finds something that helps the condition from getting worse!
