Now that Lauren Bushnell and Chris Lane are officially engaged, it’s time to discuss the incredible rock that the country singer, 34, proposed with on Sunday, June 16. More specifically, how the ring stacks up against the one Ben Higgins popped the question with during The Bachelor finale in 2016. That’s right, ladies and gentlemen, it’s time for a battle of the bling.

“Lauren’s stunning engagement ring from Chris appears to feature a 3.5 carat emerald cut diamond set on a delicate, diamond-accented band,” Kathryn Money, VP of Strategy & Merchandising for Brilliant Earth told Life & Style. “The elegant simplicity of the ring’s design allows the gorgeous center diamond to be the focal point.”

As for how much it cost? Well, let’s just say you should get ready to pick your jaw up off the floor. “Depending on the quality and specific characteristics of the diamond, we estimate the cost of the ring to be between $60,000-80,000 USD,” Kathryn explained. OK, so, clearly, Chris did a *very* good job with his bride-to-be’s bling.

Let’s move on to Ben, shall we? As it happens, Ben gifted Lauren the biggest ring in Bachelor franchise history, Kathryn revealed. “The 4.25 carat Art Deco-style ring included ornate details, featuring a radiant-cut center diamond surrounded by over 240 round and baguette cut diamonds.”

Even so, we’re going to have to award Chris with the big win. “Her ring from Chris is more contemporary and understated — and nicely complements Lauren’s down-to-earth personality,” Kathryn concluded. Our sentiments exactly! No hard feelings toward, Ben, though. His reaction to Lauren and Chris’ big news is proof that he’s a stand up guy.

“Ultimately, we left that relationship, both of us, I think, saying, ‘I hope life brings you a ton of joy, I don’t want you upset and alone forever. I hope you find a partner as soon as possible. I hope everything that you want in this world that’s healthy and good is given to you,’” the 30-year-old explained during his  “Almost Famous” podcast. “And that’s exactly how I feel. So, to go to Lauren: Lauren, congratulations!”
