We’re sure she’s loving this moment of relaxation — the Bravo TV star has a lot on her plate right now.

Teresa’s husband, Joe Giudice, is continuing to serve out his 41-month prison sentence on fraud charges, but upon his reported March 14, 2019 release, the 46-year-old faces possible deportation to his native Italy.

Plus, word on the street is season 10 filming may even start earlier than usual this year.

According to an insider that spoke with Life & Style exclusively, producers are hoping to capture Joe’s potential deportation on camera, so they’re clearly willing to make a few tweaks to the filming schedule.

So, what should we expect when Tre’s hubby is finally released?

It looks like the couple may “go their separate ways” if the deportation does, in fact, happen, according to a source that spoke with Us Weekly.

Shockingly enough, the judge ruled Joe “ineligible” to apply for readmission back into the United States following his deportation.

“Because [Joe] was admitted to the United States as a lawful permanent resident and he subsequently committed an aggravated felony, the Court finds that Respondent is ineligible for an INA 212 waiver,” the court docs said.

Teresa herself was also sentenced on fraud charges and served 11 months in prison in 2015.

The couple has spoken out about appealing the ruling, so we’d be interested to see the Giudice family files any legal motions to stop the deportation.
