She’s living her best life! Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey has been happily dating her new boyfriend, Mike Hill, exclusively for five months and she revealed how he sparked her interest during an interview with Life & Style. The two started seeing each other after her daughter Noelle left for school at Howard University and it looks like wedding bells might be ringing in the future!

“I think one of the main things that I love about Mike as a boyfriend, one of the reasons why I decided that it was time for me to shut down being Cynthia the player, settle down with one guy is because I think more than anything. I think it’s not really one word that I can say, one thing that I can say, it’s just knowing, and just a feeling,” she exclusively told Life & Style. “He just felt like peace and he just felt very comfortable to me. It just feels right and you know it didn’t happen over night.”

“We had met a few months before, we went on dates,” Cynthia, 51, explained. “I was still dating other people as well, but he was consistent. He was consistent about just checking on me and communicating with me, even though there were other people in the picture at the time. And that meant a lot.” The Bravo star said that at this stage in her life, she didn’t feel confident about finding “this kind” of love again. “I was pretty content with just working and hanging out with my girlfriends and going out to restaurants,” she admitted, noting how he’s even made her reconsider tying the knot.

“I never really thought marriage would be in the cards for me anymore and now, I think it might be,” she dished to Life & Style. Cynthia said she and Mike are inseparable when he comes to visit her in Atlanta, as he lives in Los Angeles for his work with FOX Sports. “I feel more beautiful, I feel more at peace, happier than I’ve ever been in my whole life right now,” she admitted. “I really feel like honestly the best is yet to come for me and if it took me 50 years to get to this point, then that’s OK.” Cynthia also revealed he’ll be making an appearance on RHOA every so often, so get ready!
