Facebook is once again in hot water after removing harassing text messages that one woman had posted to her timeline.
Kavithaa Ravindran had been the recipient of unwanted lewd messages, so she chose to upload a photo of the (one-sided) conversation, which included her harasser's name and picture. The Indian fitness trainer was understandably upset when the social networking site took down the image.

"Our society/media is such that it only protects the perpetrators and then we ask, why rape is on the rise in India," she wrote on Facebook following the incident. "Even if you choose to fight back, you are made to face the dead end."

A Facebook representative told BuzzFeed India that “sharing private conversations and naming and shaming, as per our standards, violates our bullying policies.”
But although her post was deleted, the jerk-wad who sent the crass notes has since deactivated his profile while Ravindran's receiving hundreds of messages of support. It's pretty clear who came out the winner in this situation!
