The 36-year-old athlete already made quite a comeback when he accompanied the 31-year-old reality star to Kanye West's Yeezy Season 3 fashion show last month.
Though Khloé called off the couple's divorce last year so that she could oversee Lamar's medical care, she isn't thinking about getting back together with the father-of-two anytime soon.

“I don’t think anything, like, romantically about Lamar,” she explained in a past episode of Kocktails With Khloé.
