Don’t get it twisted though, Farrah doesn’t just wake up looking this bomb. The brunette beauty is incredibly dedicated to her rigorous and varied fitness regime.

Speaking with Life & Style at New York’s Hemp Garden for the launch of MASK, a CBD beauty mask, Farrah not only detailed her workout routine, but also how she maintains such a strong sense of confidence and self-worth.

“Boxing is always great, I am not going to lie, but I have been mixing [it] up,” she explained.

“I have been doing Pilates. I have been doing just stretching — just pure stretching classes — nothing else,” the Ex on the Beach alum continued.

“There have been a lot of good new workouts. So, I am kind of like doing two-a-days, but [with] a different workout regimen,” Farrah added.

Two-a-days? We thought those were reserved solely for college athletes and Olympians. Clearly, Farrah does not mess around when it comes to her killer body … and it shows!

Speaking of which, while a lot of people only kick their workouts into high gear as warm weather approaches, Farrah gets her sweat on 24/7/365.

“I always go HAM. It’s summer all year long for me,” she confessed. *Pauses to sign up for extra spin classes this week.*

A common misconception about people who workout a lot is that they aren’t satisfied with their bodies as is. That’s hardly the case with Farrah, though!

“I love my body. Like, I am the healthiest I have ever been,” Farrah gushed, adding, “I am the happiest.”

“I am not so fit like I was last year. I am more feminine now. So, I have been enjoying it, I really have been,” she expressed.

As for some advice on how to be the most confident and body positive you can be? “I think our daily affirmations they really work,” she began. “Keep telling yourself good things!”

“Keep going higher and push yourself,” Farrah continued. “Today is the day to keep it moving and we have a lot of positive stuff in 2019.”

That’s definitely some advice we can stand behind, girl! Keep killing it … and munching on Shake Shack in-between workouts (as pictured above), it’s truly the inspiration we all need.
