90 Day Fiance's Larissa Is 'Rooting' for Ex-Husband Colt Johnson

90 Day Fiancé star Larissa Dos Santos Lima and ex-husband Colt Johnson had a very public and tumultuous split leading up to their divorce, but the Brazilian bombshell exclusively tells Life & Style she is still “rooting” for her former flame.

The season 5 star, 34, praises him for owning up to his mistakes in his fizzled romance with Jess Caroline, which is still playing out on TV.

“I felt that for the first time Colt was honest with himself and with her. I applaud what he did because it takes a lot to go on national television and say ‘yes, I was sending photos to other girls, I was a bad boyfriend.’ I felt he was being honest for the first time,” Larissa says.

Colt, 35, came clean to his girlfriend about talking to other women while the couple had been taking a brief break on the August 30 episode of the TLC spinoff Happily Ever After? He later revealed his friend Vanessa had moved into the home he shares with mother Debbie Johnson, much to the dismay of Jess.

Despite their own drama in the past, Larissa says she hopes “for Colt to [become] a better person because who wants to see your ex-husband in a bad position? Right? I was married to him, so he was someone that I really cared [for].”

“What he did showed me he really wants to change because when he was with me, he was already doing that and I freaked out on him so many times,” she says.

Larissa previously revealed “one of the best things” that happened to her this season is becoming pals with Jess, and she confirms to Life & Style they are still quite close.

“I would be open to a spinoff with Jess. I believe we have very similar personalities,” the TLC fan-favorite reveals about their friendly dynamic. “She threw a shoe at Colt and she’s kind of a little bit crazy, but I believe we have this Brazilian thing to support each other. America is a very feminist country so when I stick with her, I show girls we don’t need to be enemies.”

Outside of the show, Larissa has been booked and busy! On September 15, the reality star unveiled her “revenge body” done by Dr. Lane Smith at Smith Plastic Surgery. Of course, fans are eager to know what Colt thinks of her new look.

“I don’t know what Colt and Debbie [would] think,” Larissa says. “I believe they do not like the surgeries. I believe he [does] not like [it], but if Colt saw me today, he would be like, ‘Oh my god! I’d be makeup ready,” she quips.
