Stay positive, Abby! Abby Lee Miller was recently diagnosed with cancer following her release from prison. Shortly after, the Dance Moms star was rushed into emergency spinal surgery, and a new report claims that she's now preparing for the absolute worst.

A source told Radar that Abby's "been getting her business affairs in order" since getting the solemn news. "Abby Lee’s deciding who gets what in her will. She made a few friends in prison and she’d like to reward them. It’s a very sad, scary time for Abby Lee. She’s never felt so alone! She’s trying to stay strong but she can’t get through the day without crying. She doesn’t seem to think there’s much hope." The source even said that Abby is planning her own funeral, a thought we just can't bear.

To make matters even worse, Abby is also planning to file a "massive lawsuit" against FCI Victorville, the facility she served her time in, for denying her the medical attention she needed. "She complained for months in prison about the pain," a source told the outlet. "The staff and teams there wouldn't allow her medical treatment. The insider went on to explain how the prison staff thought she was being a"diva" and just wanted to "get out of prison."

Two days ago, Abby gave fans an update on her recovery — with her signature sass."This gives a whole new meaning to being stabbed in the back," she jokingly captioned a photo of the incision, along with a nurse giving the thumbs up sign. Abby was taken from her halfway house to the hospital last week, where it was discovered she suffers from Burkitt's lymphoma, a cancer caused by the Epstein–Barr virus. At the time of her diagnoses, the 51-year-old dance instructor thanked her fans for their support with a hospital selfie. "So much more I wish I could say — about how quickly your life can change at the hands of others," she wrote. "Thanks for [the prayers and love]." However, her friends Christy and Sarah Hunt told Life & Style exclusively that they were upset it took doctors so long to figure out what was wrong with Abby.

"She was in so much pain for over a week and in dire need of lifesaving help. Miss Abby and her close friends by her side were literally begging the doctors to figure out what the symptoms, excruciating pain, and paralysis she was going through could be," the mother-daughter duo said. "It's just so sad and infuriating that she wasn’t getting the necessary care, or a diagnosis to explain what she was suffering from — until finally, her present team of doctors literally saved her life."

Recently, the Abby Lee Miller Dance Company paid tribute to the reality star by wearing #AbbysArmy Ribbons" at their dance competition in Philadelphia. "Abby's army will march onward across the country in steadfast prayer and total support of the real Abby Lee Miller, proving to the world that the best has yet to come," Sarah and Christy added.

Our thoughts are with Abby during this difficult time.
