Michael Bublé‘s oldest son, Noah, will undergo treatment to shrink a tumor after being diagnosed with liver cancer earlier this year.

The singer and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, announced last month that Noah, 3, is battling cancer, and the Argentinian newspaper Gente reports that Noah’s treatments will continue until the end of the year.

The Daily Mail reveals that the little one’s chances of beating the cancer are at 90 percent.

The couple, who are also parents to son Elias, revealed their son’s diagnosis last month in an emotional Facebook post.

“We have always been very vocal about the importance of family and the love we have for our children,” they wrote. “Luisana and I have put our careers on hold in order to devote all our time and attention to helping Noah get well.”

Our hearts go out to the family during this difficult time.
