We Can’t Get Over How Different Millie Bobby Brown Looked On The Emmys Red Carpet — Just Two Years Ago!

It’s amazing what puberty can do! Just two years ago, Millie Bobby Brown took to the Emmys Red Carpet looking shy and seemingly trying to blend in with her black ensemble. Now, the Stranger Things actress has all eyes on her! The 14-year-old stood confidently alongside her peers on Monday, Sept. 17 in the cutest lil’ cake dress, and our hearts can’t deal.

I meannn, how freaking sweet is she in her millennial pink getup?! The Best Supporting Actress nominee rocked a voluminous, off-the-shoulder gown with pointed pastel pumps and delicate jewelry… but she wasn’t the only one of her cast members to bring the heat on the red carpet.

Her fellow kid co-stars wore Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, and Fendi. Not too shabby for a bunch of teenagers!

In the past, however, fans have feared that Millie appeared to be too grown up. Critics were especially vocal during this year’s Golden Globes where the teen star showed off a backless dress that many found a little too mature for the petite star. “Not only is the dress inappropriate, her facial expression is unsettling,” a Facebook commenter wrote. “Her parents and team are disgusting.” Another added, “She’s posing like she’s grown. Why would her parents think a backless dress was appropriate?”

Sigh. We think she looks fab. Keep killin’ it, Eleven!
