In the world of tiny fashionistas, North West is trying her best to make a fake arm cast happen. Kim Kardashian shared a photo of her oldest daughter with two of her BFFs — Ryan and Haidyn — after the Keeping Up With the Kardashians kiddo dressed them. The ladies were dripping in Prada, Dolce & Gabbana and Versace, but there was one unexpected accessory in particular that stood out.

“Styled by North * fake cast included,” the 39 -year-old captioned the sweet snapshot of the three besties on Instagram on October 28. The picture shows each girl wearing a fancy dress and rocking fuzzy open-toed sandals. Basically, they’re more stylish than we’ll ever be.

It’s unexpected that the 6-year-old added an arm cast to finalize her look — but it’s not the first time she’s turned bandages into high fashion. In August, Kim shared a slew of snapshots from their vacation in the Bahamas. Fans couldn’t help but notice that North’s leg had a makeshift cast wrapped around it. “What happened to North’s leg?” one fan asked. Another person worried, “Hope Northie is OK!”

It turns out, the reality child was A-OK. “Nothing lol She just wanted to wear that,” the KKW Beauty founder responded to the concern. The spunky daughter of Kanye West is always playing by her own rules when it comes to fashion. One of Kim’s close pals and KNC Beauty founder, Kristen Noel Crawley exclusively dished to Life & Style that North is an “icon,” but also a regular kid.

“I think she’s very opinionated. She’s super opinionated and she knows what she wants and if she wants to wear stickers on her face … she doesn’t really care where she’s going,” Kristen divulged in October at Tiffany & Co.’s event to celebrate their Tiffany’s Men launch. “She’s just like a normal kid — they don’t really think about fashion like that. They want to be comfortable and have fun.”

While her clothes are on-point, the big sister has had to step back from playing with beauty supplies. “North is trying to get in on the makeup but she’s being blocked heavily because her dad has stopped all makeup for her until she is a teenager,” Kim admitted to E! News on October 25 while celebrating the addition of KKW Beauty to Ulta Stores at the NYC location. “It’s a big discussion, a big fight in the household right now but it is what’s best.”
