Starting the year off right! Rebel Wilson took to Instagram on Thursday, January 2, to get candid about her priorities for the new year, and that includes her health.
“OK, so for me 2020 is going to be called ‘The Year of Health’ — so I put on the athleisure and went out for a walk, deliberately hydrating on the couch right now and trying to avoid the sugar and junk food, which is going to be hard after the holidays I’ve just had but I’m going to do it!” she captioned two photos of herself posing at the beach. “Who’s with me in making some positive changes this year?”
Fans were quick to praise the actress in the comments section of the post. “I have such a good feeling for this year. It looks good already. Changes for the better are great! Happy 2020,” wrote one person. “Sure and, you look amazing,” commented another. “100% with you Rebel!!! This year is a year of health and self-care for me. You’re looking amazing,” wrote a third fan. Yes, queen!
Rebel has been all about her health for a while now. In fact, she frequently shares with followers what her workouts consist of, which involve a lot of walking. She also serves as the perfect fitspo with motivational posts. “Waking up this morning with gratitude, ready to crush this week ahead!” she wrote on Insta in June 2019 alongside a video of herself going on a morning stroll. “Guys, remember to feel beautiful because you are x. It’s not about how much you weigh, or certain features on your body — it’s about being kind to yourself and loving yourself x.”
Over the last four years, Rebel has lost over 40 pounds, so clearly she is dedicated. That being said, this isn’t the first time the comedian used the new year to get inspired and stay motivated. “Starting the year off right with some hiking x,” she captioned a post from January 2018.
