Tristan Thompson Shares Never-Before-Seen Pics With His ‘Twin’ True for Her First Birthday
Happy birthday, indeed. Tristan Thompson shared some never-before-seen photos of himself and his daughter, True Thompson, on April 12 to celebrate her first birthday, and despite the drama, the photos are definitely adorable.
“True-ly Perfect,” the 28-year-old father captioned the series of six sweet photos on Instagram. “My baby girl is one today. Man time goes by soo fast but I’m loving every minute of it. Can’t wait for us to sit home all day and watch lion king and paw patrol lol. ❤️❤️❤️.”
He even included the hashtag #MyTwin, which, well, seems like a bit of a dig to his baby mama, Khloé Kardashian. The 33-year-old always been a bit aggravated by the fact that baby True bears a striking resemblance to the Cleveland Caveliers player. “It’s annoying when you’ve carried a child, nourished a child, birthed a child, are newly responsible for a child … and they don’t look a thing like you!” she wrote on her website back in August 2018.
Koko and Tristan officially broke up back in February, after the bombshell cheating scandal between the NBA star and close family friend Jordyn Woods came to light. Though Jordy maintained innocence for a while, she did eventually admit that Tristan kissed her, though the gesture was decidedly not romantic on her end.
Naturally, Khloé was initially furious and even got on Twitter to slam the 21-year-old for “breaking up” her family. But after the dust settled a bit, she returned to social media with a clearer head.
“This has been an awful week [and] I know everyone is sick of hearing about it all (as am I),” she wrote on March 2. “I’m a rollercoaster of emotions [and] have said things I shouldn’t have. Honestly, Tristan cheating on me [and] humiliating me, wasn’t such a shock as the first time.”
“What’s been harder [and] more painful is being hurt by someone so close to me. Someone whom I love [and] treat like a little sister,” she explained in a second tweet. “But Jordyn is not to be blamed for the breakup of my family. This was Tristan’s fault.”
