Khloé Kardashian moved forward with her divorce from estranged husband Lamar Odom on last night's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians— and it's clear the process took a toll on the reality star.

"I think filing for divorce is the worst thing in the world — you feel like you're hurting everybody, but I need to live my life the best that I know how and do what I feel is best," the 31-year-old said during a confessional.

She continued, "I still very much love Lamar, but I need to move forward. I don't feel you ever really have peace from walking away from any situation that you wish ended up differently."

The new author kept a near-constant bedside vigil after the former Laker was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel in October. The couple has since called off their divorce as he recovers, and most recently spent Thanksgiving together in the hospital.

In an interview filmed months before the accident, momager Kris Jenner, 60, admitted that she had a difficult time dealing with the end of Khloé's marriage.
"I think of all the relationships that I've had the privilege of being around, the one that I thought would be forever tried and true was Khloé and Lamar. And it breaks my heart to see all of this go on," she said.
