Friendship goals! Miley Cyrus shared a throwback clip of her and Ariana Grande’s Happy Hippie cover of Crowded House’s “Don’t Dream It’s Over,” and Ari’s reaction was the sweetest.

The former Nickelodeon star, 25, first joined Miley, 26, in 2015. The acoustic performance was for the Disney alum’s Backyard Session series, which featured special music guests, and on International Women’s Day, she decided to bring back the iconic collab.

“Celebrating some of my favorite #Women ❤️ This cute ass 🐭/ 🐻 is my #1 @arianagrande#HappyInternationalWomensDay,” Miley wrote on Instagram. Ariana’s reply is how we all feel about their exchange. “I LOVE YOU SO MUCH HELP ME,” she commented.

This pair of friends are always showing their support for one another. When Ariana created the One Love Manchester benefit concert weeks after several fans tragically lost their lives at one of Ari’s shows, the “Wrecking Ball” singer was there to lend a helping hand. Miley and Ari sang the same song at the event and it was even more magical then.

A year and a half later, when the “God Is a Woman” singer split up from Pete Davidson, Miley revealed she checked up on her via text. “I’m an emoji person, so I just sent a bunch of hearts and the little cat with the heart eyes,” Miley said during an interview on the Howard Stern Show. “I literally think I sent the cat with the heart eyes … I thought it was slightly, maybe even kind of making her feel good like maybe I was hitting on her a little bit.”

She then explained how she would’ve interpreted that text. “It felt like to me, it felt maybe like a little, ‘Oh hey, someone loves you. If it’s not working, here I am,'” she said. That’s so sweet! Everyone could use a ~ true friend ~ like Miley in their lives.
