Kourtney Kardashian Cuddles Up With Adrienne Bailon to Wish Her a Happy Birthday: ‘Mi Amor’
Friends for life! Kourtney Kardashian wished Adrienne Bailon a happy birthday with a cute photo of the two cuddled up together. The ladies have been longtime friends since The Real host dated Rob Kardashian for two years back in 2007. These days, the songstress has remained close with all the Kardashian sisters, especially Kourtney.
The 40-year-old called her pal “Mi amor” (a.k.a “my love”) in a sweet snapshot on her Instagram Story that showed the ladies sharing a chair. They were even having a twinning moment with similarly styled sleek low buns. The Cheetah Girls star celebrated turning 36 on October 24 and it was awesome to see her showered with social media love for the big day.
Adrienne publicly supports all the Kardashian sisters — from Kim‘s KKW Beauty collections to Khloé‘s adorable photos of her daughter, True Thompson. However, she seems particularly fond of the Poosh founder. Kourt previously said that the former 3LW songstress was “her sis for life.”
From her tumultuous relationship with Rob, Adrienne found some strong female friendships. The former couple split in 2009 after the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star cheated on her — something he owned up to during the show. Rob then claimed that Adrienne “was cheating and having sex with so many different people.”
She opened up about their relationship to put an end to those rumors. “I absolutely never cheated on Rob. And I just want to clarify that,” she explained on her talk show. “And the way it’s said — it’s like, ‘She slept with many people.’ I’m like, ‘Uh, I can’t speak for anybody else, but I can assure [you] that was not me.'” Adrienne is now married to Christian musician Israel Houghton.
Adrienne was one of Rob’s most publicized relationships, but the host later admitted in 2018 that their romance wasn’t her most significant. “I do think it’s funny, only because it really is the shortest relationship I’ve ever had,” Adrienne confessed on The Real.
She got in some hot water when it seemed like she shaded the famous family’s reality show but then elaborated on her previous statements. “I think that even got misinterpreted as me saying at some point I wish I had never done the show. I don’t think it was that at all,” she noted. “I just was annoyed that people tried to say that that was the only thing I had accomplished. So, that was a sucky spot in my career.”
Love comes and goes but Adrienne found her spot in the Kardashian family!
