If there's one thing everyone knows about Chrissy Teigen, it's that she's always very, very candid with her fans, especially on social media. The model has been open in the past about her struggles to get pregnant, and after she shared a new photo of her baby son, Miles, on Wednesday, June 27, she stuck up for herself once again.

"Hey dudes," Chrissy, 32, captioned the snap of the cutie, who was born in mid-May. Chrissy and her husband, John Legend, are also parents to a two-year-old daughter, Luna, whom she got pregnant with via IVF.

That said, one fan asked in the comments, "I know IVF was used for Luna was it used for baby brother also?" Some commenters thought the user was out of line by asking such a personal question, but Chrissy didn't seem to mind. "I wasn’t offended by it — people are just curious and I think hearing success stories gives people hope. I’m all for talking about IVF," she replied in the comment section.

Chrissy welcomed both children via IVF, and even hand-picked the sex of both of her babies. Back when Chrissy was having trouble getting pregnant with Luna, she opened up about her difficulties. "The big question was why this wasn’t working for us when I was young and he was healthy," she told SELF at the time. "I thought, people get pregnant by accident all the time! How does this happen?"

"Once we talked about IVF, it was like I heard everything," she said. "Some people who are close to us had done it, like, seven to ten times." She added, "Emotionally, it could be really hard. When you have these high-highs and low-lows, and you’re, like, cuckoo pants. You don't want to get your hopes up, but of course, you do."

John has even opened up about their difficulty conceiving. "You know, sometimes it's just harder for some people than for others. We’re just happy that we were able to do it with our doctor," John has said in the past. "He's never really told us that there was something specific that he could identify was the reason why it just didn't work out naturally. We did what we had to do." We're just so happy for John and Chrissy on their beautiful family-of-four!
