We all have body insecurities — even Chrissy Teigen. The 34-year-old took to Twitter and got candid about her tummy, which she isn’t super happy with. However, thanks to an awesome yoga instructor, she may have changed her mind.

“I started yoga this week and my first class, after giving myself some belly complaints, the instructor said ‘well didn’t you just have a baby!?’ and I said ‘no, like 18 months ago,’ and she said, ‘that’s JUST’ and let me tell you, true or not, I could have cried.” Aw! Let this be a reminder to not be so hard on yourself.

After Chrissy shared her story, fans became inspired and shared their own points of view. “This is why I love yoga. It truly teaches you to have patience and be softer with yourself,” replied one person. “We should all learn to be softer with ourselves. It can be so hard to remember that!” a second person wrote. “Kindness between women is such a lovely thing,” a third person tweeted. So true!

As a celebrity who loves to use social media, Chrissy can be an easy target for trolls. The mom of two often gets body-shamed, but thankfully, she has a strong mindset. After giving birth to Miles in May 2018, Chrissy has decided to enjoy the finer things in life, and that includes food. “‘How do you eat like this??’ – basically I am 20 pounds heavier than I was before Miles,” she wrote on Twitter in March. “He’s 10 months old, I never lost the last bit because I just love food too much. Just coming to terms with my new normal, when I had this certain number for so long!”

When Chrissy welcomed Luna in May 2016, her body and mindset were in a completely different place. “The thinnest I’ve ever been was right after Luna. Postpartum depression,” she continued. “I’LL TAKE THESE POUNDS AND THIS FEELING!” You go, girl! We think you look great no matter what.
