We’re all for women supporting other women! Cheryl Burke is using her dancing expertise to help others, including Dancing With the Stars contestant Hannah Brown. The 25-year-old former Bachelorette had a rough week on the show, so Cheryl offered some encouraging words to help lift her spirit and help her succeed.

“I think there’s a lot of pressure for her, but at the end of the day, she needs to remember that it’s all in her head and it’s all the haters,” the 35-year-old told Us Weekly.

From there, Cheryl revealed said that everyone messes up, even her. Therefore, Hannah shouldn’t be too hard on herself. “Don’t let the haters get the best of you. I’ve gone through seasons and even though I’m a pro dancer, I’ve messed with my own head so much that I forgot a step myself, and it really is all psychological,” she continued. “She needs to know that she’s an amazing dancer and she needs to embrace it.”

ICYMI: Hannah received tough criticism from the judges during the Halloween-themed episode on October 28. Carrie Ann Inaba thought the former beauty pageant queen was “lacking” something during her jazz routine with dance partner Alan Bersten.

Carrie wasn’t the only who has taken notice. Cheryl seems to agree but says Hannah has potential. “Even if you have no dance experience, you know when someone’s insecure or when someone’s not.”

The dance pro believes that social media has something to do with why the Alabama beauty may be feeling insecure. “I think that Hannah is trying her best but if you have downtime to look through your social media, don’t! I think now, social media can actually be more negative than positive, and because you’re past halfway through the competition, we’re all susceptible because we’ve worked so hard. She needs to know that she is amazing and to own it at whatever style that is. Who cares if one judge doesn’t like [her] style of dancing? It doesn’t mean that the rest of the world doesn’t love it. She needs to go out there and know that she’s a badass and sell it.”
