After months of battling it out in court, Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian have finally reached a custody and child support agreement over their 10-month-old daughter Dream. Rob has been on a social media hiatus since his revenge porn attack against Chyna back in July, but he took to Twitter to share a photo of his baby girl now that all of custody and child support drama has been resolved.

“My twin,” he tweeted, adding a photo of the adorable baby girl smiling wide at her daddy as she sat on a countertop. Fans responded to his tweet, gushing over how cute Dream is and many of them tried to give him advice. “Dream is such a little cutie Rob. I hope you and Chyna can be amicable for sake of this dear little soul.”

It seems like that Rob and Chy were able to put their differences aside and come to a decision about custody of their baby girl in an amicable way. Earlier this week, Chyna’s attorney Lisa Bloom revealed the terms of their agreement and she confirmed that each parent received 50/50 custody.

“Chyna is pleased that Rob has agreed to peacefully co-parent Dream with her, as she has been requesting all along,” Lisa revealed in a statement obtained by Us Weekly. The lawyer also addressed allegations about Chyna’s parenting after she was accused of leaving Dream at home while she goes out and parties.

“This is a false and outrageous statement,” Lisa said. “Like many working mothers, Chyna does sometimes leave her baby with a nanny while she goes to work. Rob should stop defaming the mother of his child and instead should become accustomed himself to the concept of working for a living, something Chyna has always done before, during and after her relationship with him to support herself and her children.”

Hopefully, this is the last step in Rob and Chyna’s legal issues. Earlier this month, the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services opened an investigation against Chyna after there was concern over Dream’s safety. The DCFS went to court and asked a judge to determine whether the baby girl was safe because of Chyna’s alleged drug use and her restraining order against Rob.

Chyna, 29, took legal action against her ex-fiancé after the 30-year-old launched a full-on social media attack against on the mother of his child, posting several graphic photos of her genitals on online. She was granted a restraining order against him in July after she accused him of domestic abuse and had a court date set for Sept. 18, but she took the date off the calendar after Rob reportedly agreed to pay her $20,000 a month in child support.
