He gets it! Sean Lowe is used to people comparing him to Colton Underwood. In an exclusive interview with Life & Style, Sean and his wife, Catherine Lowe, sat down with us to talk about this upcoming season of The Bachelor. Check out the video above to see what they had to say, and don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel.

“I see the similarities, I mean, yeah, kind of wholesome, family guy, the virginity thing is obviously talked about ad nauseam,” the blonde hunk, 35, spilled to us. “I get it, and he seems like a really nice guy, so by no means does it offend me.” The two men haven’t met yet, but have corresponded on Twitter.

Catherine, 32, added, “I really like him as the Bachelor, I think he parallels Sean Lowe – nice guy, family guy, wholesome, and I think he is handling the girls really well. I think he has done a great job actually. There aren’t too many villains, but I think that the drama that has started to happen, I think he is handling it OK.”

So, what is their advice to making a relationship work post-Bachelor life? “I would say, have fun. I think Catherine and I do a really good job at being goofy,” the former Bachelor revealed. “We still act like a couple of teenagers in love, although we have these real-world responsibilities and bills and kids and everything that everyone else has, but I think it’s important to keep that fun in your relationship.”

Also, the lovebirds are celebrating Valentine’s Day in a unique way this year, as they have partnered with Subway Restaurants, and will be eating cheesy garlic bread with their fans. If you’re in the Dallas area on Valentine’s Day, the event will be at the Omni Dallas Hotel in Downtown Dallas from 6-9 p.m. “We are going to be kicking it with people — you want to invite your friends, your family, your loved ones,” she explained.
