Under the knife? Rumors have circulated for years that Ben Affleck might have gotten some form of plastic surgery. He has gone through quite the transformation since the ‘90s, and there have been whispers about Botox, a facelift, a nose job, filler and even a hair transplant. But are the rumors true, or is Ben still all natural?

Ben has never spoken out about any plastic surgery procedures, so it’s not 100% clear if he’s had that kind of work done. However, he did admit to having his teeth fixed. During an interview with Entertainment Weekly in 2022, Ben revealed that Michael Bay and Jerry Bruckheimer made him get dental work done ahead of his film Armageddon in 1998.

“They made me fix my teeth and work out and be sexy. Be sexy, how do I do that? ‘Go to the gym!’” he said.

Ben debuted a $20,000 set of new teeth in his 1998 film Armageddon. “My dentist had Ben sitting in a dentist’s chair for a week, eight hours a day,” director Michael said of the dental work.

Ben was spotted with a gray beard in 2019 while out with ex Jennifer Garner.

The same year, Ben was spotted walking outside with gauze in his mouth after apparent dental surgery, although it wasn’t confirmed what procedure he had done.

Ben gave an emotional performance during Netflix’s Tom Brady roast, but fans were more concerned about his appearance.

“I know why we always think Ben Affleck is angry,” a person wrote via X on May 5. “He’s had so much Botox … his face just doesn’t move.”

Days after the special dropped, Dr. Ramtin Kassir exclusively told Life & Style of the “noticeable differences” in Ben’s appearance.

“Ben Affleck’s signature crow’s feet have long been a defining feature of his appearance. However, upon comparing his past photos to present-day images in 2024, there’s a noticeable difference, the triple board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon said. The wrinkles around his eyes appear significantly smoother. This suggests the possibility that he may have sought treatment for his crow’s feet, possibly through injections like neurotoxin injections or similar procedures.”
