“I don’t like to talk about my personal life, but everything’s wonderful and I’m happy,” the California native told Us Weekly of her relationship with the Home Alone star in 2018.

It’s almost expected for Disney stars to date one another as the young entertainers always ran in the same circles. Brenda and the middle Jonas brother were spotted in public a handful of times in 2009.

After grabbing dinner in Los Angeles in August 2009, the pair were swarmed by paparazzi who asked if they were dating. However, Brenda quickly denied a romantic relationship between them.

Trace Cyrus

Brenda and Trace Cyrus were in a longtime on-again, off-again relationship from 2010 to 2017.

After going public with their romance at Nylon Magazine‘s Young Hollywood Party in May 2010, the two got engaged more than one year later. “I am very excited to say, last week I asked my girlfriend Brenda Song to marry me and she said YES! We are both very excited to be engaged!” Miley Cyrus’ older brother tweeted in October 2011.

However, the couple called off their engagement the following year. They continued to make their relationship work before calling it quits for the final time in 2017. The following year, Trace released a song titled “Brenda.”

“I wrote this song last year in Nashville after Brenda & I broke up. Her and I have both moved on and I’m extremely happy for her. She inspired me to write countless songs and was such an important part of my life. I will always cherish songs I have like this one to remind me of our crazy 7 years together,” he wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post. “When I wrote this song it was my final goodbye as we ended our relationship. I told myself after I wrote this song it would be my last song about Brenda and I’ve kept my word. Music like this is my therapy. Enjoy.”

Macaulay Culkin

The actors met while filming the movie Changeland in 2017 and started dating shortly after. Brenda and Macaulay have kept their relationship under the radar so much that fans are still shocked to learn that they are engaged and share kids!

The Dollface actress and Macaulay welcomed their first child, son Dakota, in April 2021. The former child stars got engaged in January 2022 and welcomed their youngest son, Carson, later that year. The Saved actor was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in December 2023 and he honored Brenda and the boys in his heartwarming speech.

“I’d like to thank Brenda. You are absolutely everything. You’re my champion. You’re the only person happier for me today than I am,” he said as Brenda was seen wiping away tears. “You’re not only the best woman I’ve ever known, you’re the best person I’ve ever known. You’ve given me just all my purpose. You’ve given me family.”
